All prices are for Friday to Friday except for Christmas and New Year weeks which are Sunday to Sunday because Xmas day in 2009 falls on a Friday. All prices are for a week-long, self catering stay at Oakvale which includes oil, electricity and linen with towels. In winter the price also includes one gas bottle for the lounge fire and a supply of logs for the open fire in the snug room. The only extras are £15 per week per dog for cleaning cost and minimal linen cost of £15 per week if you wish to use the double futon.

Weeks marked ‘Unavailable’ are already booked. This is kept updated but on some occasions the weeks have just been taken so contact us first by Email or phone BEFORE sending your 25% deposit.

At off-peak periods such as January to March and November to December shorter rentals ie long weekends of three or four nights may be available. Please contact us for details but prices are generally around 60 - 70% of the full week rate.

A 25% deposit is requested of the total rental price at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than eight weeks days prior to your arrival date. We also ask for a refundable deposit of £200 to cover the cost of any unforeseen damage. This will be returned, less any costs of damage, within two weeks of vacating the house at the end of your stay.
